Cancellation Policy

Please understand we are a small business and are grateful for everyone's support, however we must enforce cancellation policies to hold both parties accountable. Life is unpredictable but if you need to change your scheduled appointment within 24 hours make sure to message Busy Bee on any platform, we will try to be as accommodating as possible. Any appointment cancellations within 24 hours of your first scheduled service will not be charged, however any cancellations in the future will result in a 50% charge of the value of your selected service. A 50% charge will also apply if you don't show up or are more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.

Service Requirements

We do require a water and an electricity outlet to complete all services. If unable to provide, the service can be completed at the location of Busy Bee.

Emergency Call-Out

Any call-outs for our services with 6 hours notice or less will be charged an 'Emergency Call-Out Fee' of 25%. This fee is in place to ensure customers use our online booking system which accepts service requests after 12 hours at the time of booking.
